CARROLLIAN CARD INSTALLATION
A temporary site-specific entry in the 2017 Wonderland Awards, this piece was installed in the card catalog room in Doheny Library for one month. It contained a display set of my 12 notecard designs featuring assorted quotes by Lewis Carroll, a paper arm, twine, ribbon, and a drawer filled with several hundred cards for visitors to take away. Inspired by the creative absurdity and beautiful, classical language in Carroll's works, this piece was a fantastic blend of design and art.
